1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the RoofOS - Best Choice Constructions platform ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service. These terms apply to all users, visitors, and any other person who accesses or uses the Service.
2. Description of Service
RoofOS - Best Choice Constructions is a business management platform (SaaS) designed for roofing companies and contractors. The Service includes, but is not limited to: client management and sales pipeline, digital contract creation and electronic signing, project and task management, invoicing and payment tracking, Google Workspace integration (Drive, Calendar, Gmail), and financial reporting.
3. User Accounts
To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for restricting access to your computer. You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Multi-Tenancy and Data
Each client company ("Tenant") operates in an isolated space within the platform. Each Tenant's data is independent and not accessible by other Tenants. The administrator of each Tenant is responsible for managing users and permissions within their organization. Stored data includes client information, contracts, documents, financial records, and uploaded files.
5. Third-Party Integrations
The Service allows integration with third-party services such as Google Workspace. By connecting your Google account or other third-party services, you authorize RoofOS - Best Choice Constructions to access and use the necessary information according to the requested permissions. We are not responsible for the privacy policies or practices of third-party services. You may disconnect integrations at any time from your account settings.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. It is prohibited to: use the Service in a way that could harm, disable, or overload the platform; attempt unauthorized access to restricted areas of the Service; transmit material containing viruses or malicious code; use the Service for illegal or unauthorized activities; and reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any part of the Service without express permission.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RoofOS - Best Choice Constructions and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Data that you upload or generate through the Service remains your property.
8. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures, including AES-256-GCM encryption for sensitive data such as access credentials and authentication tokens. However, no method of Internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure. We strive to protect your data, but we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall RoofOS - Best Choice Constructions, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: your access or use of the Service, any conduct or content of third parties, content obtained from the Service, and unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is significant, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before the new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our discretion. By continuing to access or use the Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
